At Formo Leather, we take immense pride in the quality of our handcrafted footwear. Every pair is made with the finest genuine leather and inspected before dispatch. However, if something is not right, we will make it right.

Eligibility for a Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund if your order arrives with any of the following issues: visible damage to the leather (cuts, tears, cracks, or delamination), structural defects (broken soles, faulty stitching, or misaligned components), or if the item received does not match what was ordered (wrong size, color, or style). We ask that you report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and clear photographs of the defect or issue. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and guide you through the process. You will not be required to return the item in most cases involving manufacturing defects.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the full amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will confirm the refund via WhatsApp once it has been processed on our end.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds for items that have been worn and show signs of normal use, damage caused by improper care or storage, or size exchanges resulting from incorrect size selection by the customer. We strongly recommend consulting our size guide before ordering, and contacting us via WhatsApp if you are unsure of your size.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Orders that include custom modifications, personalized engravings, or non-standard color requests are non-refundable unless the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage.

We believe that when you invest in a pair of Formo Leather shoes, you deserve a product that lasts. If we fall short of that standard, we will do everything in our power to resolve the situation fairly and promptly.
